Insurance — CareOregon is closing their network to associate-level clinicians as of 12/1. If you would like to help maintain access to mental health for Oregonians, you can write your representatives. Because of this change in policy, I only accept private pay. I am happy to provide you with a Superbill so that you can be reimbursed by your insurance company. 

Sliding Scale — Accessibility is important to me. I offer a limited number of reduced rate spots for clients who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+, and experience financial hardship. Offerings are on a case by case basis. Please inquire for details.

Pay it Forward — If you would like to support another human who can’t afford therapy, you can pay it forward and that money will go towards one of my Sliding Scale clients’ therapy. Your offerings allow me to support more Sliding Scale clients.

How do we meet? — I offer In-Person as well as Virtual Sessions. You have the option to choose how you would like to meet. My office is located at 827 NE Alberta Street in Portland, Oregon.

Consultation — I am a Level 3 trained IFS Practitioner. I offer one on one and group consultations for people wanting to learn more about Internal Family Systems. I provide consultation on how to optimally apply this modality to your practice and/or your daily life.
